Life without glasses

I had always wanted laser eye surgery because I have been very short-sighted. I dislike wearing thick glasses and contact lenses. I like swimming and other kinds of sports but lately it is impossible to do them due to my vision. It is scary to swim without glasses, I really could not see anything around me. I heard good things from my friends about Boothe Eye Care & Laser Center. I was told about the professional treatment, how they are using the newest technologies, and of course the excellent result after laser surgery performed at this Center. I was prompted to go to visit Boothe’s Center.

I felt anxious before the first consultation with Dr. Boothe. Nevertheless Dr. Boothe and his assistant made me feel confident enough and comfortable. He explained to me all the details of my future laser eye surgery. I have had many questions and Dr. Boothe took extra time to gave me full answers.

I decided to have surgery at Boothe Laser Center. My vision before surgery was -3.00 & -4.00. During the surgery, I didn’t worry because I felt that Dr. Boothe was the best surgeon in whole world to be performing the surgery. I had very dry eyes for a couple of days after the procedure. I put the eye drops that Dr. Boothe told me to use, I felt better and my vision got sharper.

Now, I am very happy with my almost perfect vision and glad I had done it at Boothe’s Center. I think I could not have had a better surgeon than Br. Boothe. I received the best care from Dr. Boothe and members of his staff. I wish that I had done LASIK earlier. I am pleased to tell every one about my experience at Boothe Eyecare.

With all of my heart, thank you Dr. William Boothe, your assistants and all members of staff for the professionalism, kindness and warm care. I want to say that the atmosphere at the Center is always supportive and calm. I gave individual “thank you” notes to some members of the staff of Center for cleanliness in the surgery room and overall comfort.

I am eighty-two years old. I had a cataract in one eye, so I saw nothing. Also, on the other eye I began to develop a cataract, and I saw badly in it too. For three years I hesitated whether to do my eye surgery. First I was planning to have surgery on one eye. The procedure was successful, almost painless. Dr. Boothe was very attentive, always supported me. The next month I had the surgery on the other eye. Now that I see clearly, I can not believe it. I regret that I didn’t do it before. It is funny but I can not get rid of the habit of balancing the glasses on my nose.

Boothe Eyecare & Laser Center gave me new vision, and now I understand what it means to be born again. Again, thanks to all of the wonderful staff of your Center and I wish you future success in your work.
